David Carlino, CEO Dave Carlino served on the board of IDP and became its Chairman in 2009. He assumed the role of CEO in June of 2012. He is responsible for the company’s overall business strategy. He also plays a prominent role in customer relationship and development. Mr. Carlino has more than 40 years of experience in sales, marketing and management within the insurance industry both as an agent and as CEO of an underwriter. For many years he served as chairman of the Reading historical architectural review board, served or chaired the boards of several corporations and planning commissions. He also holds the designation of Associate Land Title Professional.
David Kerford, President and COO David Kerford has more than 25 years of experience in executive roles in both the P&C and life segments of the insurance industry. Prior to joining IDP, he held positions as president of The Leverage Group, a PMSC company, and president and CEO of AQS Inc., a P&C insurance software firm later acquired by Insurity, of Hartford, CT. He also held important executive roles with Cybertek, InsureZone, and McCamish Systems. An ex-IBMer, Kerford was awarded the IBM President’s Award for co-founding the Computer Integrated Manufacturing Practice, and most recently, he founded Kerford & Associates, a business improvement consulting company.
Steven Craig, SVP – Sales & Marketing, Product Development, Bureau Statistical Reporting Steven joins IDP with over 30+ years in the P&C information services and software arena in complex leadership roles focusing on sales and marketing, business and new product development, strategy, database development, vehicle telematics and operations for products, services and software into the insurance marketplace with Verisk Analytics and Policy Management Systems Corporation. Steven is accomplished in team development and leadership, market positioning, product branding, financial and sales planning and execution, new product launches, acquisitions and integration. He has orchestrated numerous partnership deals for industry leading insurance products, content, licensing agreements and service agreements. Steven holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree from the University of Utah.
Chuck Farrell, SVP – Client Operations & Support Chuck Farrell is the SVP of Client Operations and Support at IDP, where his team provides insurance insights for implementation, consulting, and product development work. He has been with IDP since 2003, also serving as Engagement Manager for policy module implementations and as Product Engineering Manager for IDP’s billing and claims modules. Prior to joining IDP, Mr. Farrell was the VP of IT for a small P&C insurer, the AVP for an AON Affinity Services Enterprise Document Management implementation, and has held various technical leadership roles in CIGNA’s P&C Insurance Systems Division. Along with his broad technical skillset and managerial experience, Mr. Farrell holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University.
Terry Panichelli, SVP – Client Services Terry has 20+ years of insurance operations and IT experience in numerous executive positions focusing on new product development and strategic growth in customer service, account services, policy holder services, and underwriting departments. Terry is well versed in workflow analysis and systems integration, having served as VP of Business Process Management and VP of Automated Services among other leadership roles at Philadelphia Insurance Companies. She has also served as a strategic advisor to MEI, Axis Capital, and Venture Insurance Programs for software development projects and IT initiatives. A member of IASA and licensed producer in PA, DE, and NJ, Terry holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Drexel University.
Mike Ianniccari, SVP – Network Operations Mike Ianniccari is the SVP of Network Operations where he is responsible for developing and executing the IT strategic direction as well as overall responsibility for the Infrastructure, architecture, Hosting, and Information Security functions within the organization. Mike has more than 20 years of Information Technology Management experience in the Insurance and Financial Services industry. He has held Senior IT Management positions at Provident Mutual Life, Philadelphia Insurance Companies, and Bank of America. Most recently, Mike holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from West Chester University.
Bryan Parker, VP Sales
Bryan Parker has over 30 years of Insurance and insurance Application Software Sales experience, working with senior insurance and risk management executives on ways to improve business processes. Prior to joining IDP, he held senior roles at Pitney Bowes Software’s Insurance Practice, SAP, AQS Systems (acquired by Insurity), and FIS (formerly SunGard Insurance Systems). Bryan also spent a dozen years as an officer of two insurance companies. He holds an MBA, Marketing, and BS in Economics from the University of Georgia.
